  • Have all of your items hung and tagged, according to our simple tagging
instructions (See Preparing & Tagging Items for instructions).
  • Double-check that all items have tags and if they are marked accordingly.
  • NEW -- Checks will be give to each consignor on Sunday, April 5th
when items are picked-up.  If you would like your check mailed
    please let us know.
  • Leave your items in your vehicle and come in to the check-in table. At the
check-in table  you will be given your Participant Pre-Sale Card and any
    final instructions.
  • Once you have checked-in, get your items and bring them to the check-in
area where they will be inspected for anything unacceptable  (per the
discretion of The Sprout House Exchange). Also, please make sure that
items are separated boy/girl and arranged according to size.
  • Once all your items have been inspected, they are ready to be placed an
the sales floor. All participants are responsible to help with placing
their items on the sales floor.
  • If you are a sales worker, make sure you have your Worker Pre-Sale
card.  If you are a participant, make sure you have your Participant Pre-
Sale card.  You will be required to show this card at the door before
    entering any Pre-Sale.
  • While we are always careful, we cannot assume responsibility for loss,
theft or damage to your items.
  • Participants have the option of picking up their unsold items
(See Sale Dates & Times).  Items not picked up before 4pm
will be donated to charity.  If you know you would like  to
donate some or all of your unsold items, you may choose to
mark your items for donate (See Preparing & Tagging
Items).  This is very helpful because it allows us to know
which unsold items need to be sorted into participant number
    when the sale is over.
  • The process of picking-up is very simple--You will sign-in,
receive instructions on getting your unsold items. Please know
that it is your responsibility to get all of your items. We are
not responsible for any items not picked-up.
  • Due to the holiday weekend checks will not be available at
pick-up--They will be mailed to the participant no later than
week after the sale!  Please verify mailing address at  pick-up--
we cannot be responsible for incorrect mailing addresses!
  • Lastly, because our time is limited to move out of the
building, all items remaining after 4pm SHARP will be
donated.  After 4pm the facility will be closed and locked on
time, and pick-ups will no longer be available.  We
    appreciate your punctuality!
